Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. We make every effort to process your order quickly. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Free Shipping: Some products come with free shipping while others incur a shipping cost. Sometimes your products come from and are shipped from different locations. In this case, the shipping rate for each item and location will apply to your order. You may see “free shipping” marked on one item and you may see a shipping charge for a different item. This is normal given the multiple inventory locations for your merchandise.

Local and International delivery
We will deliver our locally-stocked products (busts, gloves, scarves and plates) to local addresses within 50 miles for a flat-rate delivery fee of $20.00 per order. Please keep in mind our other products are not locally stocked and are not available for local delivery.
No international delivery.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contactus@lafayetteshoppe.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
On-demand products: We do not accept returns or refunds of printed products as these products are made on demand. Please read the product descriptions or email us with questions before ordering so that we may answer your questions and ensure your satisfaction before ordering.
Speciality reproductions: We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at contactus@lafayetteshoppe.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
